JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global's client is a is a well-established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. They specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to join their growing Litigation Department.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting complaints.
- Responding to discovery.
- Propounding discovery.
- Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas.
- Expert discovery.
- Deposition preparation.
- Trial preparation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2+ years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.
- 1+ year(s) of expert discovery and trial preparation.
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury [Plaintiff/Defense].
- Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Team leader and team player.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Bilingual in Armenian
- Paralegal certification
