Job Overview:
We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, consulting, and identifying either repair or replacement needs for clients. You may do some light repairing work on HVAC systems in systems in residential properties. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and ensure all systems operate efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tune-Up, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems: Execute the full range of HVAC services, ensuring systems function optimally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix HVAC system problems efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance: Conduct regular and preventive system checks to keep systems in top condition.
- Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Compliance and safety: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
