Job Description
Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our projects – ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
We have many commercial projects with a concentration on Health Care Facilities, Higher Education and Commercial construction.
Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple electrical construction projects ranging from $100K to $10M.
· Read specifications and drawings to determine construction requirements, and/or plan procedures and produce submittals.
· Estimate and prepare budgets including schedule of values for AIA documents.
· Obtain permits required for each project
· Assist with scheduling labor based on on-going projects and requirements of the projects.
· Attend project meetings with all parties, including but not limited to owners, general contractors, etc.
· Prepare change orders within Timberline software.
· Estimate and issue P.O's on material, equipment & other supplies within our software
· Manage work progress to ensure jobs are on schedule
· Create positive relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years experience in a similar role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Experience with Timberline Project Management and Pro Core software preferred
