Job Description
The assembler role is responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. The position requires applying job skills and company policies and procedures to complete various tasks. The assembler will acquire a working knowledge of product flow and understand the impact of quality on production. The role involves routine assignments where limited judgment is required and requires a working knowledge of production standards and goals. The assembler may assist in cross-training focus factory members and operates within established policies, seeking approval for any deviations.
Responsibilities
- Read and document instructions for specific jobs daily.
- Perform in-house quality checks and document defective parts following the 'see something, say something' policy.
- Utilize basic hand tools such as flat-head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.
- Be trained to understand job functions that can range from 1 to 20 depending on daily work instructions.
- Option to sit or stand depending on the production line requirements.
- Ensure compliance with production standards and goals.
Essential Skills
- 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Proficiency in reading and writing for documentation purposes.
- Familiarity with production and assembly processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined individuals preferred.
- Experience from manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to frequently reach at waist level and occasionally above head.
- Ability to carry up to 10lbs and lift up to 45lbs.
- Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.

Pay and Benefits
