Job Description
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join a dynamic and fast-paced hospital pharmacy team in Northern California. In this role, you will provide critical pharmaceutical care in a large hospital setting, contributing to the well-being of a diverse patient population.
Position:Hospital Pharmacist
Location:Near Bay Area, CA
Schedule:7on/7off Nights
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Week Contract
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense and manage medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for efficient medication management.
- Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide medication therapy management and patient education.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:1+ years of current hospital experience
- Licensure: Active pharmacist license in California.
- Skills: Proficient with EPIC and Pyxis systems.
- Availability: Ability to work variable days and afternoons in 8-hour shifts.
