Job Description
- Maintaining and updating employee files, including applications, resumes, performance reviews, and other HR-related documents
- Sorting, labeling, and filing documents, both physically and electronically, using established filing systems.
- Inputting employee information into HR databases and systems, and retrieving files as needed.
- Ensuring that all HR documents and records are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all HR-related information
- Preparing onboarding paperwork for new hires and assisting with the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
Schedule: M to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm The ideal HR Filing Clerk candidate will have:
- 6 months of office /clerical experience
Pay Rate: < 18/hr + > *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
