Job Description
Join an established, growing outpatient practice serving patients of all ages just outside of Salem, Oregon. This role offers a balanced schedule, a strong referral base, and a collaborative team that supports your clinical interests and long‑term growth.

Qualifications
- Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Family Medicine
