Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an experienced Home Health RN to work a 13-week assignment in Camp Hill, PA. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-home skilled nursing care

Use HCHB to document patient visits

Perform SOC, ROC, Recerts, and Discharges

Educate patients and families on care plans

Be available for on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:

Pennsylvania RN license

2+ years of recent home health experience

Strong proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase

Current BLS (AHA) certification

Drivers license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
