We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team for the 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting molds for injection molding machines and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated quality control team and contribute to producing high-quality parts that meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set molds for injection molding machines.
- Monitor manufacturing process including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and flow rates using the HMI screen.
- Verify color concentrates and perform color changes as required.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
Essential Skills
- Experience in mold setting.
- Mechanical inclination.
- Ability to make machine adjustments.
- Overhead crane operation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Injection molding mold setter experience is strongly preferred.
- Consideration for candidates with Die Setter experience, skilled machine operators, or substantial press experience.
- Ability to memorize and perform a long sequence of tasks quickly during the process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 – $58240.00/yr.
