Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain the outdoor appearance and functionality of a large, well-maintained private property. This role involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general outdoor upkeep to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance of lawns, gardens, pathways, and landscaped areas

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems

Plant, fertilize, water, prune, and remove shrubs, flowers, and trees as needed

Ensure grounds are clean and free of litter and debris at all times

Maintain walking paths, patios, and outdoor recreational areas

Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and storm prep

Follow safety protocols and report any maintenance issues or hazards
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar outdoor maintenance role

Knowledge of basic horticulture and lawn care practices

Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment

Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with irrigation systems and turf management

Prior work on large-scale or commercial properties
Pay: $18 – $23 /hr depending on experience
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
