Now Hiring: Aviation Maintenance Professionals – Phoenix, AZ

We are actively seeking skilled aviation maintenance professionals for multiple clients across the Phoenix, AZ metro area. These are exciting opportunities to work with leading aviation companies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Engine Mechanics
  • Engine Inspectors
  • A&P Mechanics
  • AOG Mechanics

Pay Range: $25 – $50 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Location: Phoenix, AZ Metro Area

Job Highlights:

  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of aircraft engines and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards
  • Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) operations as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely aircraft readiness

Qualifications:

  • Valid A&P License (for applicable roles)
  • Proven experience in engine maintenance or inspection
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations and documentation
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends for AOG support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 – $53.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
