Location: Westwood, Massachusetts
Start Date: September 2, 2025
End Date: June 16, 2026
Schedule: 20 hours/week | On-site, school-based position
Caseload: Pre-K students (ages 35)
Work Setting: Public School District

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based position working with Pre-K students in Westwood, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced OT or a new graduate looking to gain valuable school-based experience. The position will begin on September 2, 2025, and end on June 16, 2026, with a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to Pre-K students with developmental delays

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement therapeutic interventions

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

  • Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress notes

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active Massachusetts OT License or eligibility for licensure

  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
