ProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Dover, DE to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 20252026 school year. The district has two open positions, both in supportive buildings with collaborative teams.
Position #1 Elementary Autism Caseload

Grades: 1st5th

Schedule: Full-Time

Setting: One elementary school site

Support: Work alongside 1.5 SLPs in the same building handling general education caseloads
Position #2 Elementary/Middle School Caseload

Grades: General education caseload across elementary and middle school

Schedule: Full-Time (option to split into two part-time roles)

Support: Collaborative team environment with 1.5 other SLPs onsite
Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Delaware SLP License

CCC-SLP or CFY accepted
