Location: Travel job working in Downtown Des Moines, IA
Schedule: 48+ hours/week (Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Fri 6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
Per Diem: $125/day worked (for travelers)
Job Overview
We’re hiring Journeyman and Commercial Plumbers to support a financial center buildout in downtown Des Moines. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals seeking long-term growth with a respected, family-owned company.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair PVC, copper, PEX, ProPress, threaded, and grooved piping systems
- Interpret blueprints, submittals, and specifications to plan and execute daily tasks
- Layout and install mechanical piping and systems with precision
- Ensure all work complies with the Uniform Plumbing Code and project standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Journeyman or Master License preferred (open to 3rd year apprentices)
- Welding certifications are a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $40.00/hr.
