Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Construction company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Construction Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time on-site position paying $27.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience.
Job Description:

Coordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.

Communicate scheduling, routes, changes, material deliveries, and ETAs with multiple project managers.

Prepare, review, and submit AIA billing documents, including G702 and G703 forms, ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for management review.

Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project statuses with timelines and budgets.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, quotes, change orders, and invoices.

Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in project coordination within the construction industry.

Proficiency in AIA billing processes and familiarity with G702 and G703 forms is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAGE 100 is preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.

Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
