Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for managing all mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units, across several commercial buildings within a confined area. The role includes performing maintenance duties at office buildings downtown and handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing repairs.

Essential Skills
- Experience with HVAC systems and facilities maintenance.
- Hands-on maintenance of commercial HVAC units with 1+ years of experience, preferably 3+ years.
- Knowledge of chiller and boiler systems is highly preferred.
