In this role, youll provide 1:1 and small group behavior support alongside teachers and school staff. Youll follow a consistent school-day schedule no late nights, weekends, or holiday work required.

What youll need:

• An active or inactive RBT certification

• Experience with K-12

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

• A patient, flexible approach and a genuine love for helping kids thrive
