Position Details:

• Location: Shreveport, LA

• Schedule: 3537.5 hours per week

• Setting: Onsite

• Start Date: 20252026 school year

• Number of Openings: 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language therapy activities under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups on speech, language, fluency, and voice goals

• Assist in screening and evaluation processes

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to help meet student communication needs

• Understand and support IEP goals within the special education framework

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state/district guidelines

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field

• Valid SLPA license in Louisiana

• Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
