Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN for a travel assignment in Salem, OR. This position involves providing in-home healthcare to patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality care in a comfortable environment. Candidates must have experience with OASIS documentation and be confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans

• Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management

• Complete OASIS documentation efficiently and accurately

• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care

• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Oregon

• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience

• Proficiency in OASIS documentation required

• Current BLS certification (AHA)

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
