Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Delhi, NY. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on supporting students social-emotional and behavioral development within the school setting.

Requirements:

• Valid PEL or clinical license (LCSW or LSW)

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite social-emotional learning (SEL) support to students across various grade levels

• Collaborate with educators to integrate SEL education into the classroom environment

• Utilize Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) techniques and restorative practices to manage and resolve behavioral issues

• Support students through behavioral de-escalation strategies

• Work closely with school staff, students, and families to build a positive and inclusive learning environment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention)

• Background in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) instruction

• Familiarity with restorative justice practices and proactive behavior support
