Leasing Associate (Hiring Immediately)

Leasing Associate
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Leasing Associate with 3 years of experience, this is a temp to perm opportunity located in Farmingdale, NY.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate and current tenant and lease data within property management systems.

• Schedule and coordinate lease signing appointments, ensuring all required documents are completed and filed.

• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, rent payments, and maintenance procedures.

• Monitor lease expirations and issue timely renewal notices to tenants.

• Assist with rent collection efforts and track payment delinquencies.

• Support leasing agents with marketing materials, property tours, and application processing.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal leasing regulations.

• Generate and distribute reports on occupancy, leasing activity, rent rolls, and other key metrics.

• Collaborate with accounting and legal departments to resolve lease-related issues and ensure contract accuracy.

• Maintain organized digital and physical lease files in accordance with company policies.

• Contribute to process improvements and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years of experience working in Real Estate or Property Management

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred

Employment Type: Full time, Temp to Perm 
Salary: $24-32/hr

Pay Details: $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
