Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a skilled Home Health RN for a travel contract in Altoona, PA. This position requires experience in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase, as well as the ability to manage an independent caseload. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create care plans
• Deliver wound care, medication administration, and other essential treatments
• Document patient progress using OASIS and Homecare Homebase
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective home health care strategies
• Be available for on-call duties as required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• At least 2 years of recent home health experience
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
