Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction and small group lessons aligned with individual IEPs

• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet diverse student learning needs

• Track student progress and update IEP documentation accordingly

• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, and other service providers

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings ensuring all state and district compliance requirements are met

• Utilize online platforms to engage students and foster meaningful learning experiences

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

• Valid Wisconsin teaching license or eligibility to obtain one

• Proven experience supporting K12 students with mild to moderate special education needs

• Comfort with technology and virtual teaching platforms

• Ability to pass a basic technology screening

• Contractors must have their own professional liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience delivering virtual instruction

• Familiarity with Wisconsin special education regulations and documentation practices

• Additional certifications or endorsements (e.g., LD, EBD, ASD) a plus
