Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and people-focused Human Resources Manager to support a workforce of approximately 200 employees in our Garden City location. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing all facets of human resources, with a strong emphasis on employee relations, succession planning, training and development, and strategic partnership with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.

Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.

Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and talent readiness.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and enhance company culture, employee engagement, and internal communications.

Manage HR policies, procedures, and systems to support operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background.

Proven experience in employee relations, leadership development, and organizational planning.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Experience working in family-owned or closely held businesses is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

Experience implementing HRIS systems or process improvements.

Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across diverse teams.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
