Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Birmingham, AL. If you are proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase, this is a great opportunity to provide excellent care in a home health setting while exploring the vibrant community of Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient assessments and ensure accurate OASIS documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and patient education
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Provide ongoing support and education to patients and families for recovery

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Alabama
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
• Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards
• Open to both local and travel candidates
