Schools - Speech Language Pathologist (Hiring Immediately)

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the school year on a contract basis, covering maternity leave. This opportunity involves supporting an elementary caseload and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. The assignment runs from February through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders in elementary students.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service staff to integrate speech therapy goals within the educational environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services.
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights to support student development.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and therapy goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with elementary school populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
