We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant to the PA to support our Senior PA and Leadership Team. This is a key role at the heart of our organisation, helping to keep everything running smoothly—from recruitment and onboarding to office coordination and events. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work closely with the Senior PA and leadership team, taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including: Office Coordination & Event Support * Manage the company calendar: schedule meetings, flag clashes, book rooms, and arrange catering * Draft and distribute communications for internal events and meetings * Coordinate responses and ensure logistics are in place for successful events * Work with IT to ensure meeting rooms and equipment are correctly set up Staff Support & Onboarding * Assist with staff training logistics and ensure timely completion * Help welcome new hires with helpful info, system set-up, and staff passes * Support the Senior PA in updating and formatting company handbooks Recruitment & HR Administration * Draft engaging job adverts and applicant information packs * Oversee the application process: acknowledge applicants, distribute CVs, coordinate interviews * Conduct full safer recruitment checks (DBS, references, right to work, etc.) * Work with Finance to ensure smooth processing of new starters and leavers Daily Operations * Manage the central office email inbox, responding promptly and professionally * Order specialist or one-off supplies as needed * Take on ad hoc tasks to support the Senior PA and SLT What We’re Looking For * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * Tech-savvy with full proficiency in Microsoft Office * Calm, confident, and collaborative under pressure * Proactive mindset with strong forward planning and time management * Professional presence with a warm, approachable manner * A high level of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality What You’ll Get We believe in taking care of our people.
