Hours are 5 days out of 7 – 2pm to 10pm You will be responsible for transferring goods from larger shipping containers into smaller, more manageable units. This process, known as decanting, plays a key role in optimising storage space, improving picking efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory management within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: * Safely and efficiently decant products from bulk or mixed pallets into smaller or larger units * Repackage or relabel items as required to meet warehouse and customer specifications. * Consolidate goods to optimize warehouse storage and picking efficiency. * Maintain accurate records of decanted items in the warehouse management system. * Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards. * Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure smooth material flow. Skills & Qualifications: * Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. * Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. * Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks. * Good communication and teamwork skills
