We\’re recruiting for an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead and oversee EHS functions across three UK facilities: Ramsgate, Stansted, and Luton. This role is ideal for someone who\’s confident managing compliance, driving safety culture, and implementing environmental initiatives across multiple sites. You\’ll play a key leadership role, ensuring compliance with UK HSE legislation, managing external audits, conducting risk assessments, and shaping the company\’s environmental and safety strategy. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you\’ll use data to identify risks, drive operational improvements, and support engineering teams in building safer, more sustainable workplaces. In addition to policy development, audits, and incident investigation, you\’ll coordinate training and health surveillance programs while leading initiatives to reduce the company\’s environmental footprint. This is a hands-on, visible role, suited to someone passionate about high standards, employee wellbeing, and sustainable operations.
