If you’re looking for a position within Reception and Administration and you already possess a good level of similar experience, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll be joining a well-established engineering solutions business within a stable and supportive environment based at their headquarters in Melbourne, Derbyshire You’ll require the following essentials to be considered for this position: Current or recent experience in Reception or Administration based roles Possess an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Experience of using Sage Line 50 would be advantageous Within this position, you’ll also be carrying out the following duties: Being the first port of call on the reception for visitors, callers and colleages Covering switchboard and dealing with any incoming calls Completing a wide range of administration tasks including post and filing Raising invoices Assisting other members of the team as required Salary Information & Working Hours £26,000 per annum pro rata Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am – 5pm 20 days of annual holiday allowance (increase of 1 day per year served up to 27 days) plus 8 bank holidays Pro Rated (Full Time Equivalent) Company closure between Christmas and New Year Workplace pension scheme
