We\’re looking for motivated individuals to join a growing Customer Team team on a temporary basis. Taking inbound calls and emails, you\’ll help customers with quotes, renewals, and purchases, ensuring they get the right information for their needs. Key duties: Handle inbound calls for quotes and purchases Update customer information in the Database Pass on leads or redirect queries when needed Work towards weekly conversion and call targets What we need: Confident phone manner and consultative sales skills Target-driven with great customer focus Available for hybrid working from Brighton (first 2 weeks office-based, then 1 day/week in the office) Immediate start – temporary role with training provided
