MSP Business Development Representative Location: Bournemouth Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am-5.30pm – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.  Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join their MSP team, helping to drive growth and build strong relationships with their valued Channel Partners. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of onboarding and enabling net new MSP partners, as well as transitioning traditional reseller partners to the MSP partner programme by selling security software. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities (both inbound and outbound) while working closely with the channel, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure success. Responsibilities and duties of the MSP Business Development Representative: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads via phone, email and events Advanced prospects through the sales pipeline and set appointments Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation with targets. Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions Stay updated on industry trends and our clients product offerings. Communicate value propositions and handle objections confidently. Attend events to build relationships and uncover opportunities Provide regular activity performance reports to management What we are looking for from MSP Business Development Representative: Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (B2B preferred). Confident communicator with strong phone and email skills. Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). Skilled in outbound outreach, including cold calling and prospecting. Able to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline. Comfortable working to targets and KPIs. Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Tech or cybersecurity sector experience is a plus.
