We are looking for two full-time (36 hours per week) members of staff. Must have experience in completing pre-employment checks in a high volume recruitment environment and inputting on a payroll system (iTrent desirable). Have a high level of accuracy and attention to details for administration tasks such as employment contracts and job advertisements. Have the ability to handle multiple new starter pre-employments checks at any one time and are flexible in approach. Have knowledge and experience in answering a high level of queries from recruiting managers and external candidates on recruitment processes. Have knowledge and experience in creating creative campaign content for such media as LinkedIn. Experience of using the e-recruitment system (Oleeo) and the Payrolls system (iTrent) would be an advantage. Qualifications: CIPD qualified (desirable) Understanding of recruitment legislation, procedures and good practice Working arrangements – hybrid working model in place, must be prepared to travel into Kingston and Sutton Council Offices for a minimum of one day per week but likely additional days during first few weeks for settling in, training and induction.
