# Admin Assistant (Payroll)## Admin Assistant (Payroll)### Job Introduction* **Admin Assistant (Payroll)*** **Temporary 6 months – 28 – 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday*** **Office Based in Lytham St Annes*** **£12.26 – £13.28 per hour depending on experience (£24,000 – £26,000 FTE)**We are now seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to join our busy Payroll & Benefits Team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys assisting with processing data both electronically and manually **Main Responsibilities*** Assisting with payroll processing for over 1000 colleagues ensuring full compliance and accuracy* Ensuring correct and well thought out decisions are being made where necessary* Recording of absence and associated calculations including statutory payments and Bradford Factor (holidays, sickness, maternity, paternity)* Timesheet calculations* Attachment of earnings* Assisting in reviewing payroll emails and carrying out actions as necessary* Administration of employee benefits ie pensions* Be a trusted point of contact and a go-to for payroll queries for your colleagues across the business and internal/external stakeholders* General ad hoc duties to support the Payroll & Benefits department. **About Beaverbrooks**Established in 1919, we have 80 locations across the UK.
