Title: HR Manager Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time Are you a skilled HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and develop HR plans within a dynamic organisation? Our client, a leading company in their industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join their team. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level people management support and driving the HR agenda within the organisation. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, including casework, performance, attendance, and employee relations issues. Influence and collaborate with leadership to drive the people agenda and maximise service performance. Lead HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, and ensuring legal compliance throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with recruitment agencies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews. Work with third-party providers to ensure the delivery of HR services that meet business needs and adhere to agreed standards and timescales. Analyse and report HR information to support benchmarking and the development of effective HR strategies and solutions. Stay up to date with legal requirements and develop HR policies in line with current legislation and best practises. Support the implementation of the pay and reward strategy, including the production of annual reward statements and performance review processes. Address HR-related business continuity issues, including TUPE. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation related to contracts, right to work checks, qualifications, and training requirements. Manage the performance of the HR team and allocate responsibilities accordingly. Assist in creating and developing health and safety policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. Implement and monitor health and safety policies, manage emergency procedures, and respond to related complaints or issues.Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar HR management role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practises. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively with leaders and staff. Proficient in payroll processing and familiarity with relevant software. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
