As a Senior Parts Advisor working at our Volkswagen dealership in Sheffield you will provide a fast and efficient parts supply to both internal and external customers, ensuring proactive selling and stocking of parts whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer requests (internal / external) to identify their needs and supply parts in a timely fashion, always ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity.
- Stock management control daily to help in the smooth running of the department.
- Ensure the correct receipt and storage of incoming parts, pre-picking parts for workshop use.
- Carrying out stock control duties in line with Company and Brand policies such as PDRs, warranty and other supplier returns.
- Regularly liaising with the manufacturer to help deliver the “best place to shop” for all our customers.
Qualifications:-
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach.
- Proven experience in a Parts environment is desirable but not essential, key is a enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Driving licence is preferable due to the nature of the role.
