Plant seasonal flowers, trim hedges, and care for our outdoor spaces to ensure they remain safe, welcoming, and beautiful. Conduct regular inspections of the garden areas, ensuring they are tidy and well-kept. Collaborate with the Maintenance Person to ensure the garden offers sensory experiences that are both calming and engaging for our residents. Help prepare and maintain garden areas for seasonal changes as Spring approaches. Ideal Candidate A positive, friendly attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. An appreciation for the therapeutic benefits of nature, especially for elderly residents with dementia or nursing care needs. Enjoys creating outdoor spaces that bring joy and comfort to others.
