About the role: As a Travel Service Partner, you will support customers with foreign exchange needs at a busy retail environment, providing excellent service and tailored advice based on their travel plans.
Key responsibilities:

- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
- Handle online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Follow legal and regulatory standards and company procedures.
