Role: Relief Wrapping Machine Operator
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, alternate weeks A and B shift available (morning and afternoon shifts)

Role Objectives:
The Relief Wrapping Machine Operator works as part of a team to pack and feed biscuits according to site requirements. When needed, you will act as a Wrapping Machine Operator, responsible for product and process delivery. The role requires a proactive attitude, commitment to high standards, and willingness to progress into a permanent role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manually pack products within specifications (including bending, lifting, stretching)
- Visually check for foreign matter and hazards
- Ensure product quality meets specifications
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Maintain high standards to achieve planned output
- Report problems to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with production processes on the line
Wrapping Machine Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-start checks
- Ensure product quality and specifications are met throughout shifts
- Understand machinery setup and changeover procedures
- Complete changeovers and re-work procedures
- Adjust machinery for consistency
- Accurately complete documentation
- Maintain safety standards
- Participate in shift handovers
- Train peers and new staff as required
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues
