Project Co-ordinator/ Customer Service liaise with both B2B customers (Trade showrooms) and B2C customers (End users), as well as being responsible for checking information, reading plans, receiving payments prior to commencement of production of jobs and responding to quotations. We require someone with an understanding of Kitchen design or the Kitchen industry. The ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers. Working closely with fitting and factory teams is vital to ensure smooth transition from a job going from production to being fitted. The role about ensuring the information gathered from the customer is correct before production begins. You are responsible for ensuring the project runs seamlessly and on time once we have the customer requirements for their worktops. Key responsibilities include: Liaising with customer, sales team and project managers about each order to ensure it is accurate from measurement on site until completion of order Working closely with the Factory to ensure correct and valid information Providing key support to teams across the business Organizing jobs and carrying out office duties Liaise with our customers and fitting teams Deal with customer queries via telephone and email Managing a busy email inbox Raising and closing jobs Weekly managemen…
