Job Summary

As a Service Advisor at our Maserati, Lotus & Audi dealership in Bradford, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will ensure that every aspect of our customers\’ visits is handled professionally and positively. We seek a driven, self-motivated, and friendly individual dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and the public.
  • Understand customer requirements, advise on completion times, and organize collection arrangements.
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs with the workshop, ensuring adherence to schedules through effective communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting these into appointments.
  • Keep customers informed about repair and service progress through various communication channels.
  • Sell products, services, and repairs professionally, meeting all objectives.
  • Invoice completed work and process payments as required.
  • Work collaboratively to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Utilize dealer and manufacturer systems to accurately record data.
