Overview
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Reservations Advisor on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve call volume, conversion, bookings, and revenue targets set by the Reservations Manager.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times to all customers.
- Handle calls, internet, and face-to-face holiday inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries via email, social media, etc., in a timely manner, ensuring accurate data capture.
- Manage leads from call to booking, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Chase outstanding customer payments and complete related administration.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new holiday leads as requested.
- Stay updated on parks, local area, and attractions to provide accurate information.
- Respond to customer complaints, listen to concerns, and resolve issues satisfactorily.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment is beneficial.
- Experience in sales is beneficial.
- Excellent office administration skills.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A–C, including Maths and English.
