Overview

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Reservations Advisor on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve call volume, conversion, bookings, and revenue targets set by the Reservations Manager.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service at all times to all customers.
  3. Handle calls, internet, and face-to-face holiday inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  4. Respond to customer queries via email, social media, etc., in a timely manner, ensuring accurate data capture.
  5. Manage leads from call to booking, ensuring proper follow-up.
  6. Chase outstanding customer payments and complete related administration.
  7. Make outbound sales calls to generate new holiday leads as requested.
  8. Stay updated on parks, local area, and attractions to provide accurate information.
  9. Respond to customer complaints, listen to concerns, and resolve issues satisfactorily.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  2. Experience in a customer-facing environment is beneficial.
  3. Experience in sales is beneficial.
  4. Excellent office administration skills.
  5. Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A–C, including Maths and English.
