The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.

As our Supported Housing Operations Manager, you will oversee a group of our Supported Housing services. We offer accommodation support services for Young People, those with mental health needs and learning disabilities. You will provide day to day leadership, operational management and strategic direction to Service Managers. We want you to ensure that we deliver high standards of customer satisfaction and that key performance indicators are achieved. We know that partnership work is key, so we want a leader who is able to build and maintain relationships with local partners to make amazing things happen!

You will drive and champion a strengths-based service delivery model across all your services, promoting inclusive communities that deliver a person-centred response and engage with local initiatives, providing opportunities for customers to participate within the service and the local community. More than anything we want you to bring your energy and ideas to Stonewater and the Young People that we support, and deliver innovative, impactful services that are fit for the future.

This is a Home Based role with frequent travel to services within your portfolio area, which will cover schemes in Dorset, Devon, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire.

As we are constantly growing our support offer, we expect a degree of flexibility in travel locations.

The successful applicant will be required to register as our Ofsted Nominated Individual and take part in an on-call rota.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Experience of managing Supported Housing and of managing and developing teams and individuals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a clear vision for innovative, creative and viable service delivery.
  • Experience of managing budgets.
  • Experience of achieving key performance indicator targets and embedding a high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrable strategic partnership working and stakeholder management, with experience of developing and delivering high performing contracts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of national government policy and relevant funding frameworks in relation to supported housing, and the ability to identify what excellence looks like within and outside of the sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports on a range of issues.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to manage concurrent projects at any one time.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and good practice.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
