Contact us to find out more ** Introduction Were looking for a Senior Care Lead to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset. Youll work closely with our Nursing team, playing a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff. Youll build lasting relationships with our residents and make a meaningful difference to their health and well-being every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life. About You Compassion is in your nature. Youre able to lead with a can-do attitude and great communication skills. Youll enjoy being a positive role model for your colleagues. Youre a team player, willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed. Youre organised, hard-working, and resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun. Youll have at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role, and be qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
