Group Financial Controller (FD Designate) Warrington(Depending on Experience) The Role We are looking for a Group Financial Controller/Group FD to join the team, working closely with the Managing Director and leading the finance teams at two businesses. The role is open due to an impending retirement, they are looking to introduce a new person into the senior leadership team who can grow with the plans the company has for the future. You\’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, overseeing monthly accounts, and annual budgets, and ensuring we meet all financial regulations. You\’ll also provide valuable insights for business decisions and improve our financial systems. The Responsibilities Lead the finance function and provide strategic advice. Analyse business opportunities and offer financial expertise. Advise senior management on financial performance and drive improvements. Oversee financial systems and ensure compliance with HMRC and statutory regulations. Support financial audits and implement internal auditing where needed.
