Our spine business unit offers one of the most comprehensive and diverse product portfolios, including our leading 3D-printed technologies, enabling surgeons to provide their patients with treatment options.
Our products include implants, instruments, and biologic solutions for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
As a Spine Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker’s spinal products to meet our customers’ needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in a variety of settings including hospital theatre’s, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Focusing on maintaining an effective relationship and meeting the needs of your established customers, you will also seek ways of developing new clients within your territory.
Systematically tracking your territory progress (Central London), you will proactively communicate your findings and push yourself to exceed each sales goal. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and advise? medical representatives as to the proper use and maintenance of your products.

What you need
- Demonstrated success in sales within the medical device industry (operating theatre sales/surgical sales experience is preferred) or a general background in Orthopaedics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An individual who takes ‘ownership’ and proactively engages with key clients and businesses within their territory
- The ability to demonstrate your passion and desire to succeed and win.
- The drive to meet and exceed financial targets with a demonstrable track record of successful sales
