Are you an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity?
My client, an award-winning independent agent, is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their established team in Gravesend.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.
Working Hours:
- 8:45am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday
- Early finish on Fridays
- Alternate Saturdays 9:30am – 4pm with 1 lieu day per month
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary of £25,000
- OTE of £40,000 – £50,000
- A clear and achievable commission structure.
- Career development and ongoing support, and training with a highly reputable company.
Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
- Will ideally have experience with valuations and Listings.
- Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions
- Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
- Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
- Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
- Being a senior figure in the team.
Requirements for the Senior Sales Negotiator position:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A Full Driving Licence.
- Experience with listings is desired but not essential.
