Responsibilities
At Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon), we believe in building teams as diverse and dynamic as the markets we serve. We’re currently looking for a passionate, driven, and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow.If you’re a self-starter with a love for recruitment, and you’re ready to make an impact in the Europe, Middle East, Israel, and Africa regions (EMIA), we’d love to hear from you. This role is ideal for someone coming from an agency background who’s excited to step into an in-house recruitment role.
What You’ll Do?
As a key player on our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll:
- Provide proactive, professional, and high-quality support to EMIA’s Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including social media, referrals, and job boards.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer.
- Manage job requisitions through our global HRIS and ATS systems.Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: from job postings and sourcing to screening and candidate engagement.
- Support recruitment-related projects that drive innovation and inclusion across Hexagon.

What We’re Looking For?
We’re Seeking Someone Who Brings
- 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally within the EMIA region.
- Background in both agency and in-house recruitment (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- A passion for recruiting, exceptional service, and creating meaningful candidate experiences.High level of adaptability and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and care.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
