Vacancy Overview:
Working consistently as part of the project staff team, engaging with, building trusting and respectful relationships with, and providing support to young people, who can be difficult to engage. All support must be in line with support plans, and/or as requested by the key-working Support Worker or Team Leader. Excellent communication with the whole staff team is required. Ensuring the safety and highest quality maintenance and cleanliness of the project, recording and reporting all work & incidents in accordance with Llamau’s procedures. This role often requires lone working, so following procedures, taking initiative, and self-motivation are essential.

- A forward-thinking and resilient attitude to overcome barriers and setbacks
- A strong character who can remain calm and collected in challenging situations
- Experience in support work or domestic abuse, with an understanding of housing options, housing law, and basic benefits
- A full UK driving license, access to a car, and business insurance (Desirable)

Hours: 35 hours per week + on-call duties
*Additional payment of £96 for on-call
