Overview

haart Estate Agents in Nottingham are recruiting a Property Management Manager to lead our local property management team and ensure the efficient handling of our residential portfolio. Candidates must have previous experience managing residential properties, along with a track record of supervising a team within a property management setting. This position plays a vital role in maintaining service quality and operational standards across our department. Strong leadership skills and up-to-date knowledge of property legislation are essential.

What you\’ll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Nottingham

  • Managing a team of property managers.
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
  • Property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
